Nehemiah Action 2021

To do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with our God

Not stopped by the pandemic, Justice Knox leaders, many St. James parishioners among them, have worked tirelessly with Knoxville City leaders to improve access to affordable housing, mental health care, education, and public transportation.

Nehemiah Action brings together 1000+ Knoxville neighbors from 20+ congregations to visibly demand action from community leaders. Seeing the sheer volume of concerned citizens demonstrates to those leaders that we are serious about improving our community and we expect them to be, also.

This year, Nehemiah Action will be mostly virtual, but in person attendance will be available to a limited number of people.
